Franklin faculty and staff may submit a Trouble Ticket to request assistance when using district/school computers, computer peripherals and other related equipment. You may fill out and submit a Trouble Ticket in any of the following ways:
You may submit a Trouble Ticket in our office located in room 208 or you may place it in Mr. Alvarado’s box in the main office. Trouble Ticket forms are located in our office, the Main Office or you may clickhere and print one now.
You may also call the Technology Office to request assistance. Our direct phone line is (323) 550-2057; our on-campus office extension dial 2057; from a classroom phone dial 0 2057. Please leave a message if there is no answer.
You may check your TroubleTicketstatushere. If you do not see your request listed in our records within 2 business days please notify us in person or by phone.
When our resources are low or are in high demand this may cause longer than usual response times. If your request is listed on our TroubleTicketstatus sheet we have acknowledged your request and we will respond as soon as humanly possible.
